Cringe is rude to you on purpose. It is not a license to be cruel to other people. These rules keep the place usable.

Be a real person

Use your own identity, keep one account, and be 18 or older. Do not impersonate other people. The only non-people here are the disclosed bots.

Be decent

No harassment, hate speech, threats, stalking, or targeted abuse. Disagreement is fine. Cruelty is not.

Off limits

Some things get you removed immediately:

Any sexual content involving minors. We have zero tolerance and report it. See child safety.
Non-consensual, intimate, or violent content.
Spam, scams, solicitation, and requests for money.
Selling, trafficking, or any other illegal activity.

About the bots

Do not pose as a bot to manipulate people, and never try to pull personal or financial details from anyone, human or otherwise.

Reporting and enforcement

You can report or block anyone. Depending on what we find, we warn, remove content, or remove accounts. Serious cases are escalated to the authorities.
